I am new to the forum and am looking forward to great ideas, tips, help and yes even criticism. I am of the school of thought if you aren't making mistakes you aren't trying hard enough.  My favorite things to smoke are ribs, turkey and pork butt. I want to learn more about brisket.... I love brisket but I am not fond of it when it is too dry.  I have tried it all over the country and found very few places that make it the way i like it...... any tips are welcome and appreciated! i use my kingsford grill as a smoker / bbq / and all around cooking machine.... i know they are not ideal for smoking but i have as good of luck with it as i do my webber and it is easier to load fuel (lump charcoal and fresh cut apple wood when available)
