Hello everyone. Just purchased my first smoker last night. MES40 GEN2.5. Found it in store at Sam's Club for $279.00! Assembled last night after getting it home, and I will season it tonight. I've been lurking on the site in the office all day, and man is there ever a lot of info to take in. Looking forward to being a part of the smokey goodness!!

Thanks! Yeah, our weather here is about to turn to winter (or at least what we call winter) so not sure how much smoking I will get to do before it does, but I'll give it a go as long as I can.
