Wow, what another good score for me. I work in a tool and mold shop that also has a die division. While waiting for job the be ready for me for inspection, I took a walk across the street to plant #2 to take a look for a fixture needed for later. While there, I saw some sheet metal leaning up against the back wall. So I had asked the managers what it is was for. They told me scrap. So I asked if I could have some. Take it all they told me. Well I went to pick it up, and it was too big for my little truck with the cap on the box. A co-worker, said he wanted some and would deliver it to my house. So we both ended up with 10 sheets (4.5ftX8ft) .050" thick. So now I can build a smoker, put a floor in the 1953 truck, and rebuild my utility trailer. Maybe turn the utility trailer into a smoker. Who knows.
I am open for suggestions on the trailer/smoker idea.
Andy.
