New to here:
Sorry for bad pics!!
I just got the -122F lab freezer from the university of Minnesota!!
700 pounds 7" thick walls.
I want to make it into 3 things
1 cold smoker
2 dehydrator
3 most important a Sausage smoker
It will never need to get over 180F
Inside dimensions = 54" high X 27.5" Deep X 32" wide
27.5 cubic feet total smoke chamber to work with.
Okay my question is how many watt heating element do I need and something that does not require me to ROB a bank (:
I think I got every thing else figured out. Maybe??
PID i'm thinking of (auber SYL-23X2P)
