Been Smoking/grilling for 15+ years not a pro or anything but I know a thing or two

My favorite smoker right now is a Lazy Masterbuilt XL Propane smoker with a external DIY smoke generator box.

I have learned many useful tips from this forum ,thanks to all the members here.

Been lurking here for a while and decided to join the SMF

Lately I been smoking Ribs and brisket ( My favorite)

But, even this Sooner thinks that smoke ring is nothing short of beautiful... Fine looking Q you got there, and I'd sit down with you any day over that BBQ and we could yell at each other about football. :)

Did you use mesquite the Tex favorite? Done a few brisket's myself (spent 43 yrs in Ft Worth.
