just wanted to say good bye to all my friends and fellow smokers for a short time, headin out to colorado on the annual elk hunt in about 1/2 hour. so keep the smoke goin thin and blue and we catch yall when i get back!!!

Elk jerky is some of the best dang stuff I ever made. MAN is it good! Good Luck...hopefully this post finds you several hundred lbs of great meat richer!
