Weather sucks. Too cold to smoke right now. I need a couple of 40 degree days so I can fire it up.

GET OUT THERE!!!! here in n.j. the temp now is 8 deg. gettin up @2 to do a brisket i figure around that time it will be near ZERO

Hey Jim, with a gasser you've got it made...run mine all year long...have a couple birds in the Vault right now with 43* ambient temps, but had it been -20*F I'd still be smokin'.

You just have to decide if you really want that good Q or not.

ive been smokin every weekend since xmas alot of sub zero days, etc. just tough it out or get a new smoker that can handle the cold..

Ok, in other words I should quit being a wimp and just do it. I think next weekend I will do some hot legs.
 
Yep that is about right.
Over Xmas it was so cold out that at the end of my pulled pork smoke my propane burner would barely run. I had to keep shaking the propane tank to get the flame to go. That was butt cold.
