havent been posting much

I havent been posting much lately , But I have still had some time to do a few smokes.

Life has been kind of crazy lately.

Very busy at work and other things. days off have been consumed with little projects and conferences.

My sausage making has taken off with the warm grilling season. (made 90# on Friday and another 40# planned for this friday)

last week was brats, cheddar brats, cajun, and breakfast sausage.

this week its Italian and Brats.

I am planning a big smoke for 4th of July weekend since we are having some family over and my daughter and son in law are coming up from Florida.

I will be sure to fire up the camera and the smoker for some great Q view

I am planning a full packer brisket, chicken , ABTs, and  Cheddar Brats that I just made Friday

who knows what else!
