I live in Bluffton SC I'm male, 65 years old, I've been smoking meat for at least 35 years. I use two different smokers. One has a separate fire box and is wood and/or charcoal fired. The other is gas fired and burns chips or pellets. The gas fired one is for smaller items like fish, chicken, small game or a butt or two stacked. The wood fired is larger and for larger group meals. I'm always interested in new techniques
