Hello everyone, I'm writing You from Portugal.
I've always enjoyed smoked food very much, and have been smoking for a couple of years now - I built and use a wooden smoker outside my house, just for cold smoking, and use an ABU smoke-box for hot smoking - I'm about to start now proper hot smoking and am now at the stage of deciding which equipment should I start with.
I've just browsed the forum, and I'm really glad I've joined You! It looks like it is a great place to share experiences. Thank You!
