Thanks @gmc2003 & @smokerjim .It was a Market Pantry "Basted" breast (Target) and had a 19% solution in it!
I smoked @ ~295 until the IT hit 135*,opened the vents to get'er up to ~ 365* until it hit 165*IT.It was beautifully crisp but someone (not me) had not even started the sides when it came off.Tented it in foil in the micro and what you see is what I got.
Yes,it was cooked breast down,the norm for me.
