Got 5 racks of baby backs and a whole turkey breast. Gonna try the 3-2-1 method with the ribs...Does anyone know how to attach photos? When i try to upload it says upload failed. any help?
If you have already started them and they get done early, you can wrap them in foil and put them into a cooler. If you don't open the lid they will most likely still be to hot to touch when you are ready to eat.
