Hanging chicken on the PBC

[JCAP]

Seasoned a chicken up with some MeatChurch Honey Hog and hung it over B&B lump with pecan wood in the PBC. Also threw on a few skewers of veggies for good measure.

Every time I light the PBC I love it more and more.

Bird looks great and you used my favorite charcoal. B&B lumps all I use anymore.
