Got myself a box of spareribs on Saturday from a meat sale. Decided to smoke them using my custom made hanging rack for the WSM. I trimmed the ribs, used yellow mustard as a binder and rubbed down with Strawberries rub. (Good stuff). The ribs were not very meaty. But, for $14.00 for 5 racks…what do you expect? Got the WSM rolling around 250 degrees using some plum wood. Overall, it was a fun smoke. They turned out pretty good. I have plenty of leftovers that I will be freezing. Enjoy the pictures:

Looks fantastic. Always been interested (without too much work of effort) on a hanger system for a WSM18.
