We didn't have time to do a full on smoke, so we decided to just grill our burgers tonight. Rivet #2 cooked 'em to perfection.
We had 5 custom shaped burgers...

...homemade potato fries...

...add dressings for the burgers.

Although we didn't have any, we recommend Kraft singles.

Rivet #1 made a rub with paprika, adobo, pepper, basil, and a little bit of red pepper flakes.

We took Rivet's advice and didn't put the rub on until the last minute.

While the hamburgers were on the grill we sautéed onions and cooked up some bacon.

The potatos turned out great, but the burgers were even better!

Here's Rivet #1's burger...

and this is Rivet #2's burger
complete with pickles, bacon, lettuce, onions, and cheese.

We highly recommend waiting to season your hamburgers. Tonight's dinner was proof! They were so juicy and flavorful.
Rivet #2 can't stop emphasizing the JUICINESS

Dang now I'm wanting a burger they look great
