Hi there, I am Marius and I hail from South Africa, glad I could join this forum. I am an absolute newbie. For the past couple of years I had an itch or you may even call it an urge, to learn how to make sausages and to cure and smoke meats. Well today was the last straw and I am finally going to do something about it. I plan to build my own outdoor smoker...but I first need to learn as much as possible. Then I will start with the trial and errors. Have done a bit of research and found this awesome forum, so I believe I would be mastering the basics in no time. Have a great day.
