I’ve been grilling aka “braai’ing“ as we call it in South Africa most of my life and finally decided it was time to try some smoking/barbecuing. I’m originally from SA but have recently relocated to Ireland for work after living in London for the last 15 years.
Decided to get a Masterbuilt Gravity Series 560 as it seems like a great all rounder and gave me the familiarity of using charcoal, smoking ability as well as high temperature searing. So far I’m impressed with the unit, assembly took awhile, completed last Sunday without issues and have used it every day this week getting some amazing results.
Anyway looking forward to learning more from you guys.
