Ground Beef Jerky

  1. This is my third batch of beef jerky, so I´m still experimenting.

    The first batch was ok.

    The second one, was like leather.

    This batch, 5# 95/5, with LEM natural seasoning, is more "chewable".

    The dehydrator is a Nesco FD-80 with 6 trays.
