Hey guys.
Tomorrow morning i will start smoking ribs and brisket for a party. Im planning on grilling the ribs over very high heat (a large wood fire) then placing the ribs in the smoker for a few hours.
Does anyone have any suggestions or advice? Prior experience would be great.
When im done ill post on the results.
