Grilling a 6.5lb bird. Temp?

Hi all, 

I am going to grill a 6 and a half pound bird today and am wanting to grill it at about 300 or so but cant figure out an approximate time for the grill. i want to have it done around 7 tonite. when do you think i should start it?

I'd spatchcock it and give yourself about 2 hours.  Plus or minus.  If its done early keep it covered and place  in a warm oven.
