Looks great, Red. Pretty awesome cooker you got there

Thank you J!

Top notch run of the Hasty!
That's what I love most about my Jumbo Joe, a searing cooker.

Thanks John! I'm loving the versatility of this thing! It'll do a hot n fast, direct heat smoke, like the BB ribs I did a few days ago...it'll do a lower-heat, indirect smoke with the heat shield in place...and it'll do high-heat gilling and searing as well as my Weber Kettle does it!

Looks .like a fantastic burger! Sometimes there's just nothing like charcoal and burgers. For me that's a Weber kettle, but your Hasty Bake reminded me of my Dad's little Hibachi grill where he'd make burgers just inches over hot coals. Great Memories!

Thank you Bill! I have a Weber Kettle as well…although I’m beginning to think this Hasty Bake might sear and grill just as well!

Looks like an excellent burger. First time I ever saw a hasty bake was Ken Rollins cooking on one.

Thank you Sir! Yeah I expect KR is about the most prominent BBQ influencer who cooks on Hasty Bakes…although there’s also Harry Soo, from BBQ Pitmasters fame.
