Hey all. Tonight’s grub was a grilled pork tenderloin (1 lb). I followed a guide by Meathead and used a coffee spice rub. I threw the pork over a hot zone for 2min/side and then moved to indirect until it hit 135.

Perfect in the middle but just a touch over around the edges. I’d probably only go for about a min/side next time. Good overall though I wish I had a hot pepper salsa or something.

I have one more that I’m thinking of tossing on the smoker this weekend!

I like to rub then tie two together in a small roast then smoke it. I think the added mass of two together helps maintain moisture.
For a real treat rub and bundle two pork and two beef tenderloins together and smoke that. Really really good but oh lordy, is it ever pricey.

That tenderloin bundle sounds awesome. I’ll have to try that out one day.

Looks awesome man! Glad you pulled at 135 was probably juicy and popping with flavor. I love smoking them but for a quick mid week dinner grilling them is great. Points for sure
