Started out with a 4 lb pork loin I had in the freezer. Bought this to make CB out of but never got around to it and was in the mood for some pork chops. Thawed out and ready to go.
Cut it into some decently thick chops.
Marinating in some low sodium teriyaki sauce, Italian dressing, garlic power, parsley, and black pepper.
Cut up some red potatoes tossed in garlic herb infused EVOO, rosemary, and black pepper. Baked 425 for 35 minutes.
Cut up some English cucumber, sweet onion, and green onion. Tossed garlic herb EVOO and spicy pepper vinegar.
Chops on the grill running about 500. Extra marinade I made off to the side on top.

Plated up with some mac and cheese, the red potatoes, and some white bread garlic bread.
Turned out pretty good! The way meat prices are these days its nice to go to freezermart as
