Taking this grill out for my last cook on it. I love this thing. I have gifted several of these over the years. Albertson use to sell under $100 every spring and would buy one. Made great presents. I still have a new one in the shop and this my original one. Friend wants the old one so be it. Told him could take the new but he says old one seasoned good.

I use Tony Chachere injectable butter all the time now on my chicken. Only needs a hour or so and makes the juicy tasty chicken every time. Dusted with some Hatch Chile seasoning.

Brian that all looks great! I love good chicken thighs. Tony’s is a great premade injection with some phosphates in it to keep things juicy. Salad looks killer too. You are upping your plating game. Nice work.

Looks great, favorite part of the bird for me, as much as I love my Weber performer a big old charcoal grill with lots of room is hard to beat, you can smoke or high heat cook a lot of food.
