Hey guys it's been awhile,
Thought I would make some taste buds water a bit.
My father caught some silvers when he was up in Alaska and was kind enough to leave a few with me.
So I filleted one out and coated it generously with my signature rub,(salt, brown sugar, garlic, onion, achiote, paprika, black pepper, chili, ) let it sit overnight in the fridge, put it on the grill over indirect heat with an ash and maple fire, after 30 min I put some lemon slices over them and pulled them 30 min later. So nice to have some fresh caught salmon especially caught by your father!

Salmon looks good! I bet the lemons were killer both for the fish and straight up.
