Hello everybody

I'm new to this site and although I've never smoked, I've done quite a bit of research already.

My parents bought me an electric smoker yesterday as an early birthday gift (gave it to me early so I can use during tailgate season). From the research I've done, I wouldn't have bought an electric. But who can turn it down for free right?

I like in southwest Virginia and I'll be firing up my smoker any day now, cheering on my beloved Kentucky Wildcats from the start of football season until the end of basketball season.
