Greetings all,

I am Tom and originally from Shreveport, LA. I'm currently serving in the Army in Fort Leonard wood, MO. I've been cooking on different types of smokers for about 15 years now. My current model is a 40 inch masterbuilt electric smokehouse. I'm looking forward to learning alot from everyone here.
