Had a neighbor bring over some pulled pork and Brisket for a party and I became hooked on smoking. Bought a Bradley Original three years ago and have been having a lot of fun since. Have done many meats, fish, nuts and jerky. Have used Bradley recipes, Jeff's recipes and many I have found online. My wife and I enjoy experimenting with many of the recipes and make notes on the print out with changes. I am still a beginner, but the smoker is going every weekend, with some fish recipes during the week too. Mark B
