Greetings from the North!

Hello,

I'm a newbie member who has been following this site as a guest for awhile. Thought it was time to dive in. I know one of the first things I read about new members is to make sure we finish our profile. I'm not sure why, but i'm having issues doing so. When I try to save my info, it locks up and I lose my info. I'm able to type in a couple words and save, and it works sometimes. I do have my location entered anyway.

I'm smoking ribs and chicken up here today in wintery West Central Minnesota. We have a windchill reading of -2 with blizzard conditions rolling in later tonight...just takes extra bags of charcoal to get it done...never too cold to smoke! I'm working with my Brinkmann Trailmaster LE.

Looking forward to gathering more knowledge and insight from this great group. I've learned so much already. Thanks in advance for sharing!

to the forum.I also have a brinkmann TMLE. there is a thread on here where a guy insulated his with a hot water heater blanket. has photos and all. Might help you out with the cold weather smokes. just type insulating and mods to trailmaster.
