Hi all!

Just getting started with smoking at home, found the site, and couldn't be more excited...

My wife and I picked up a Brinkmann electric smoker, and have done a chicken and are starting our second brisket tomorrow. We thought we'd try our hand at one of the electric units, for their simplicity. We're hooked for sure!

We enjoy visiting different parts of the country and sampling the cuisine.

Looking forward to hearing about other folk's experiences, and sharing ours with you.
