Greetings from Iowa!

Hey all!

Just wanted to introduce myself a bit. Wife and I currently live in Iowa. I'm an engineer working at an ag-processing plant, and my wife is an x-ray tech. No kids (yet), one adorable dog (see avatar). Other hobbies include homebrewing and lawn care.

I've been using foil packets and a smoke tube in my propane grill for the last few years. Purchasing a Green Mountain Daniel Boone this week for a bit more control and a bit more "set-and-forget".
