Hello!  New to smoking meat but not new to cooking in general.  Was raised in my families restaurant and have been a cooking fool since I could turn on the stove and open the fridge.  New to the world of smoking meat but have gotten along pretty well with it.  Smoked my first prime rib last night and it couldn't have turned out better.  Tonight country style ribs!

Forgot to add, I have 2 charcoal grills, 2 gas grills, 1 electric smoker (Masterbuilt), a regular smoker, an indoor fryer and your basic turkey fryer.

Came to the SMF to learn all I can.
