Greetings from Broken Arrow, OK

I have been getting a lot of good information from here so I decided I would go ahead and join the ranks!  I'm from Broken Arrow, OK (right outside Tulsa) and have only been smoking meat for a short period of time.  I currently own an older Char-Griller offset that I am in the process of modifying to improve it's performance.  I am also looking for a drum to build a UDS in the near future.
