Hello. I'm new to this hobby and desire to build my own smoker and grill. Trying to understand some basic concepts of grilling and smoking. Any suggestions from you guys would be great.

I'm sorry! The VA has therapy for that!

Seriously though, I spent 29 years as an infantryman and managed to escape having been stationed at Bragg. I did draw Benning three times and Drum a few times.

Hey Eric, I have several (mostly) 120 gallon propane tanks awaiting smoker projects. Maybe we can feel our way through building a couple together.

LOL! I did training at Benning once and conducted small arms inspections at Drum.

7 years active (13B Artillery) and 30 years Civil Service in Weapon Acquisition, Small Arms and Artillery Inspection and Repair, and a lot of years as an Equipment Specialist (all Army weapons and a bunch of other stuff).
