Greenbrier Tn
I am from Greenbrier Tn. I am not new to smoking meat but I am new to the fourms.

I have a Brinkman electric smoker. I mainly smoke ribs, chicken, picnic hams. I usually just share my stuff via Facebook but id rather post where everybody will appreciate it. So until I can post this weekend Happy Smoking.

Welcome Skully this is much better than FB because like you said here everyone is interested. Its a 2 way street and you will learn a lot and pass on your experience. It gets addicting.......lol

I only started smoking last year so it will be helpful to have another experienced smoker on the forums. I look forward to your posts!
