FYI: Smoked Cooks Hams are also
79c /lb. Butt are a better cut: leaner and less bone IMO

I only buy the shoulder for pulled pork. Not sure you can do that with the ham although I definitely have to try that smoking it because I love ham as well.

I grill the ham on a rack with Apple/cider juice under it. Nice for leftovers too!
