Hi guys, I am new here and I have been BBQing for about 14 years now.  I have had at least 4 big pits.   I now have a customized  "Southern Yankee"  

I guess I have remodeled every one I have had.  Also have 2 other custom built ones that I have modified into reverse smokers.  I will post some pictures at another time as I can not see anywhere to browse.
