Well, after the performance of the Longhorns and the Aggies yesterday (we have a divided household), this was the only positive for the day.

Two gallons of raw milk using Gavin's gouda recipe. Aged gouda is my favorite cheese, so I'm gonna do a few of these that can hang out for a couple of years.

I love gouda and yours look delicious! Want to get more involved in cheese making, so far only made mozz.

Looks great, I love smoked Gouda. I only tried making fresh Mozzarella and did not go great. I just don't have access to the raw unpasteurized milk around me.
