Gotta take a break from smoking

So I had to have my hip replaced on July 1
After 3 days in the hospital I'm back at home
But I'm very restricted how much I can bend And move around. So it kills me not to be able to smoke anything till the end of August
But I have been thinking , if I have my son put my mini wsm on the table on the deck
I might be able to do a rack of ribs..
It stinks. No booze , no smoking and no ...
Well you get the idea.. It least I have my pain
Pills!!!

No question about it, your son will have to set up the mini so you can use it.  Two months is way to long to suffer withdrawal.  Hope you're up and around pretty soon.

Great opportunity to get your son involved.  I smoked ribs and chicken all weekend and got my 15 year old son involved.  He loves the science of smoking more than I ever thought.  Great times.

Been there, done that, got the scars to prove it.

Although you are pretty well incapacitated fo now, you will be back up and around and feeling better than you have in a long time. Give it the time to recover. Do your physical therapy. Take the pain meds when you need 'em. Follow your ortho's advice and before you know it you will have forgotten the pain of the operation and the pain that preceded it.

Hang in there. You'll make it.
