Gotta a Pork question

I have picked up a few recipes off of Food Network that call for Pork Medallions.


Which cut of pork would you use to make medallions and why?

What say you SMF??????

I would use a pork tenderloin myself.

I think to get medallions you would cut slices from a tenderloin. They seem to be about the right size.
