Well I just put on a Boston but @ 6am! I'm using a master forge verticle gas smoker with Jack Daniels smoking blocks, apple cider as a liquid and apple juice injected in to the meat and some in the bottom of the pan!

I'm expecting about 10-12 hours before it done!

I welcome all comments, I'm from from a professional!
