Greetings Everyone,

I'm a smoker newbie as I don't visit here that often but I love the information I've read so far! Thankyou!! I'll continue to come back!

I did a quick search but didn't see any related posts...but then again, I could've missed it. If I did miss some threads - my apologies.

Looking for suggestions on a good set of BBQ utensils. I'm not looking for the fancy expensive type - but something that'll last (no rust), dishwasher safe, with long handles. I'm willing to spend the $$ within reason of course. I'd assume stainless is the way to go....

I've had cheap stainless stuff in the past - but I'm assuming it either wasn't true stainless or the dishwasher makes it pitt and corrode (or something)?

Any suggestions on type, name brand, places to buy.... would be greatly appreciated. If any of you guys have a neat organizer type thingy or hanging place to put the utensils.....Let me see 'em!! I need some kitchen organization.

Thanks again
Happy smokin'
Jandy

I get those cheapie grabber tongs or whatever they are from the dollar store big enough to go around a shoulder and use them for almost everything! Wal Mart has them too for a few bucks.
