Maybe it's me... I think yard bird is about the most user friendly thing you can put in heat.

Turned out great
I used thai chili sauce with some extra spices, butter, and brown sugar to thicken it up a little.

I was going to, but the rain started coming in.
I know what you're saying, my Treager can't crisp the skin like a charcoal grill can

It's also a good healthy break fro all of the beef and pork. Still anything off the grill is good (most of the time) lmao
