Hey y'all. I've been lurking a while reading and learning and figured I would join so I could learn as much as possible about smoking. I don't have much in the way of smokers other than my Kamado Joe. I do own a Weber One Touch and as long as I live I'll have one of those. However, I'm in the market for a reverse flow when I find one at the right price I will own one!!

Anyway , thanks for all the info that already exists in the forum because I have definitely learned a lot!!  I may not have much to add in the way of knowledge but I will definitely help folks where I feel I can add value!!  :)
