this morning we cut and ground about 30 or so lbs of boston butts to make some more smoked sausage and by the way my grinder sounded and was grinding i know its getting near the end , so the wife and i decided to "pause " our sausage making until we buy a new bigger grinder , so it will be 3-4 weeks before we are back making sausage
