Not everyone mixes NFDM with water. I add a little at a time dry while mixing, and I think I spend more time cleaning up than anything else!

Nice ride so far and looking good!

NFDM, mix in dry, mix in the water, either way, it'll do the job.

I'm with Mose, I seem to clean more than anything else!

I'm in on this too. You have done a Fantastic job for your first attempt. The problem now is that you have now got hooked an I see you making sausage for a long long time to come, heck mabe you should make some boudin too.
