Just bought a mini-van that has the stow and go seating...you should have seen hubbies look when I said ooohh...we can take the smoker with us!!! Now I'm sitting here planning dinners for what type of meat on what night...has to be a butt or briskett first so I can use some trimmings in the beans the next night!! Finally got my chili grill in for the abt's!

Gotta have priorities.

I was off last week playing camp cook for 25 teenagers and I'll be heading up to Kansas City next week. So I haven't/won't be around much. And I'm still not caught up.

Have fun and good food on your trip! 8)

Thanks Bob-BQN! I just checked out your website, had to wipe off the keyboard! I definitely want to try the hamburgers, they look so good. Sounds like you survived a week with 25 teenagers, that could've been a lot of food if it was 25 boys! I'll be preparing my rubs (fairy dust) tomorrow to take with me!

Sounds like you have it all together, Michelle! Was the new vehicle a birthday gift?

Cheers!
Monty
