Hey Folks. Shawn here from Sherwood, AR, USA. Looking forward to being a part of the community. Just purchased an electric smaker to add to the collection and found you guys for tips and lessons, and hopefully to share some tasty ideas of my own.

Cheers,
Shawn S

I forced my 4 year old son to spend his life savings and buy me a 40"masterbuilt electric for Father's Day... (Academy Sports has a killer deal for 249.99 right now).

That being said, since he won't be able to afford proper private education due to this gift, I decided to burn it off and shove meat in it a day early. Never used electric before. 13.5lb brisket went in at 10pm. Should be done after church and lunch and ready for dinner and the weeks lunch!

Keep us posted on that brisket!  Education is way over rated in my opinion!

Mike
