Hello All.
Just joined. I'm an American from Detroit originally and lived in Maine and California. Moved to Thailand this year for semi retirement. Always enjoyed cooking and the basic smoking I used to do so now that I have more time, want to do more.
Bought land in Bang Saphan and will build next year. Have to go back to the states in Feb for a couple months and will ship a container over, planning on including a smoker!
I know there are a few members living in Thailand so any help in sourcing materials is much welcomed!!
Planning on building a temp smoker for now also so any help appreciated there too!!
