Hi,

I just got a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker, and have started my first attempt to smoke some pork.

Everyone has been most helpful with their suggestion, and I'm looking forward to getting some smoking tips from y'all experts. 

Yes, I'm from the south, and live in east central Mississippi.
